I'm Erica Leon -- a Certified Eating Disorder Dietitian & Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I've been in private practice for more than 30 years helping men, women and children feel better in their bodies and with their food intake. I help anyone struggling with an eating disorder or disordered eating, as well as chronic dieters wishing to finally eat in an enjoyable and sustainable way.

Frequently Asked Questions


When does the course start and finish?
The group runs May - June of 2020 and starts with our kick off session so I can review the 2 month program with you. You will have access to the training material until August 31, 2020. The Facebook group for this program ends one month after the group calls. It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish the training material, but you will get more out of the program by doing one lesson each week along with the 8 LIVE training/support calls with me. (8 calls special for this group only)
How long do I have access to the course?
After enrolling, you have access to this course material and lessons until August 31, 2020. If you feel you need more support once the group is over, you can talk to Erica about some of her other programs to help you continue on your journey with her support and guidance.
Can I take this course if I have an eating disorder?
If you are currently struggling with an eating disorder, this course is not the right one for you! Intuitive eating is appropriate for someone who has recovered from an eating disorder or who has struggled with chronic dieting.
